Art: I think it's commonplace in power lifting to do those kind of interset rest protocals. And then people have asked me their application, kind of, with the three lifts. So i don't really use clusters or inter repetition rest, because do you want to be racking and unracking the bar? Art: The set up in the dead lift is the most important. It has an unrack, a and then a walk out, and then yu got to execute the lift. But once you get below kind of one to six repetitions, it may have less application.
