Justifications could be, like you said, saying, i don't have enough time. Or deferring the responsibility for change on to something else. It could also be denying there's an issue around our routines or denying what the actual root cause is. That kind of stuff can all really be detrimental to a new routine. So it's like, let's get down to the root of what's really causing the issue so that when we're implementing these tools, you can actually be successful.
