I was in the wired category for a long time. And then when I started getting morning sunlight, it helped me shift my rhythm and I became more tired earlier in the evening. Are there lifestyle changes you would recommend to move people from these categories into more a healthier HPA access? Yeah, absolutely. It really kind of depends on the person and where they're at based on where you start. But if you're in a place where you can make those changes, obviously they're going to be really important.
