How to Lean in to Fear and Anxiety

The more we lean into whatever it is that we're trying to get away from or that is triggering a ROCD, the less power it has at risk. Leaning in was one of the buzzwords that really worked for me in working with my therapist. Sometimes I can't quite decide on what I should be leaning into if it's a really tricksy thing with something I've seen or felt. But when I do it, it works every single time. And I still think there's going to be a time it doesn't work. And then I'll be following Joan and Chad and everybody else.
