How to Measure the Efficiency of an Exercise Period

A big part of training for a long time is training enjoyment. Some people, even though something might be optimal and the most efficient way to do something, when they do it for long enough, they're bored. Siva: You can still put in things you like, but still figure out ways to put in things that are really going to load those muscles. The brick 20 is not to suggest these work and those don't. But what I teach in my book is how to measure the efficiency of an exercise period.
