The Displeasure of a New Manager
I was trying to be somewhat cordial. I think he really didn't want to be there anyways. So, but you know, so we we actually didn't announce me as the owner right away. We announced me as the new manager. They were going to take a step back and I was going to take over management. And then I pulled the side there, the top guy who's kind of the service manager. He is now the manager now that I'm gone. It couldn't have been the happiest work environment ever, toxic maybe even.
