The Importance of Sleep and Recovery in Fitness

If you're sleep deprived, your willpower is not as strong. Even just sticking to newer habits that aren't fully formed are going to be harder if you're not getting enough sleep. Having a wind down routine before bed can also help keep you on track. You know, I think this reminds me of like diet breaks and refeeds. We don't acknowledge the possibility that we could fail in our fitness goals. Is it better to reactively or proactively change the oil in your car?
