Are Growth Hormones Affecting Collagen Synthesis?

Growth hormone doesn't seem to have much of an effect on muscle protein synthesis, but it can affect collagen and tendons. I would be skeptical that a brief spike in growth hormone post-exercise would meaningfully alter tendons sensory synthesis. Women really should not train much, if at all, different from men. The one area that there seems to be some evidence is that women are able to recover a little more quickly than men.
