When you get to the fourth Jana, have this balance of mind where before when there was a disturbance that came up it made your mind wobble and go away. Your mind just kind of starts to vibrate. Compassion is seeing another person that is suffering. Allow the space for them to suffer and radiate loving kindness unconditionally to that person. A lot of people use the word compassion and they get it mixed up with loving kindness which is a little bit different.
