Every protein will denature. And it'll fold or unfold at a certain pressure and heat point. You can, for some lectins, use heat and pressure to break them down,. So you can throw a jalapeno in there with those beans and pressure cook it. But don't tell yourself that it's the healthiest thing you can do.You have to take out a whole bunch of toxins to even make it edible. Whereas if you just took a big old bite of cow, there's no toxins to take out. Huh.
