The real question is, if you start at roughly 10%, is it better to end a 20% and go back down and then start again? I've never seen a single study try to address that. It would be very difficult to do,. From my analysis of at least thinking about all of the stuff together, my best guess is that you get very good P-ratios between 10-20% body fat for males; 25-30% range.
