i think one sotho insight whic comes up again and again, is this idea of a counterfactual thinking. Whenu you get into gin to a certain task, if it's eena not ideal task, you're always sot of plague by, oh, what could i be doing right now? How happier would i be if i was just this? Like, you know, kind of that that guessing game? And i think that there is evident showing that that is really saps are happiness.
