Body learning is the book that turned me on to the whole, the whole deal. I did a year of Alexander technique with Robin Simmons in 1988-89. Once you learn the basics, it's literally free. If you just did standing meditation every day for the rest of your life and built up to 20 minutes a day, be absolutely life changing. You don't need another lesson. Just gave it to you for free.
