The world health organization has now classified this as a cyndrome. Burnout is now defined as work place stress that has gone unmanaged. And it manifests through cynicism, exhaustion and disengagement. This isn't you not balancing your life. It isn't just you juggling too many things on the side, or your side hustles. This is work. So i had to make some shifts and some changes there.
