How Do You Approach Acumen in Your Onboarding?

i'm really curious about picking your brain on the industry and business acumen. This is like a huge part that's missing from most on boarding. Most of what we do is in the form of video courses, where it's like through utome,. or through weavin heavily eatinto, you two bidios. We have everybody run through so they have kind of that same base line knowledge of the industry. And then we get more into like the specific sales an ethonologies, and giving people educate our resources in the forms of books and videos.
