Getting Back Into Running After Having Lydia
Before having lydia, i was sining a physio that specializes in mothers and pregnancy. I wasn't able to do one from relatively early on in the pregnancy because of my vet girdle pain - which went as soon as lyddy was born. And when i was not able to really do a sweaty work, like, i still did a few weights, but i wasn't ableto do anything intense. So once i got clearance from my physio after six weeks, that it would be ok to exercise. My physio recommended following the couch to five k p for context,.
