Microsoft announced that if the acquisition was approved, they would bring the main Call of Duty games to Nintendo by signing a 10 year deal with them. But as part of the lawsuit, both Xbox head Phil Spencer and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella both said under oath that they would not make Call of Duty an Xbox exclusive under oath.
