The Pros and Cons of ServiceNow

ServiceNow is 36% of its revenue from outside North America. New customers signed three year contracts and they renew for two or three plus two years. Palantir at a billion plus in revenue. What did Palantir do? Many of us are still wondering. After 17 years, what was this PayPal fraud inspired company doing? Is it really enterprise software business?
