Are You Burning Carbohydrates in the Lower Intensities?

If someone isn't sure if they are metabolically flexible or not, am then am how can they actually find find that stuff out? I suppose the easiest way, u, and it's usually just maybe a couple of hudred dollars, would be like lab testing. A grated exercise test gives you a sense of of, are you burning fat in the lower intensities? Are you burning carbs appropriating the higher intensities? And when someone does a test like that, jeff, i guess, what are you looking for to make that distinction of it? Obviously, if someone's very, sort of carbohydrate reliant, you'll probably see that pretty easily. Yes, i guess
