So certain times of day with the circadian rhythm, there could be certain parts of your brain that actually help you produce a certain neurotransmitter or hormone. So I'm going to research this more throughout the day. There's a lot I want to say to this. You have to go overboard, man. We're talking about energy production. Why is it often overlooked though? It's off the grid like our medical healthcare system never really looks at mitochondria and how they get their energy.
