How to Sleep Better
When you suddenly wake up because the baby's crying and you can't go back to sleep again, what should you do? Well, this was my problem. So I take melatonin now. I take about 20 milligrams a night. Slow release. You want slow release or time release and I take 20 milligram a night. This helps me. Now when I wake up, I goback to sleep quickly, very easily. It also helps with jet lag. If you travel a lot and you need help with sleep, again, like a big amount of melatonin like that can be helpful. And then if you do get hungry later, try to keep the food more light
