How to Prepare for a Race
I always plan on bringing some extra fuel with me just in case, especially on the bike ride. You don't know if you're going to drop something. Make sure that you've ordered all of the fuel that you need for your race. And then you can always prove your karma because there's probably always an athlete that didn't bring enough. So those are a few things like in the week before the race, weeks before the race that I would just start planning all of that.
