Are You Not Smart Enough?
Self-judgment is something that we all do. It's part of the mechanism that we're born with. The piranha voice inside is constantly saying is constantly warning you and telling you you're not smart enough. You continue to do things to prove that you're smart enough over and over and over again it's a fine line to walk though because i i i certainly suffer from this so i don't want to extrapolate or be like i know people but i i think like some of the things that make you a better person overall which make you abetter father are also good for your self-esteem in the long run.
