Do You Have a Kettlebell?
If you're going to do upper body work at home with the barbell, I love cleaning every lift. If you move into more kettlebells, I recommend you go to the classics as soon as you can. There is value to getting some lighter ones, but frankly, and probably my friends who sell kettlebells won't want to know this.
