You can get offsom progress just using your body weight too. It's just that this way it's much more measurable. So you can ov like ar overlodd, to a point where you still get some lift but yet you get more stimulus than just your body weight. Then when you jump with just your body weigt, then you'll be, you'll be used to producing more force there. But in, the you know, i'm not sure if you know, but i also do a lot of explosive explosives er, you know, hanstam push up, explosive variation and stuff like this.
