With personas, you're able to understand your users' pain points and their expectations of what it should do. I think persona is not a difficult concept, but it's more intimidating to pull stakeholders into out of all things that you have to talk to them about. It helps you to put one person in front of you that represents bigger data. So we've talked about the good. I don't know if you have anything with good to say. All right.
