Elseye: Why is the body doing that when it's fatigued? I actually think that's a positive adaptation. When you slouch, you're using less energy,. and the lungs aren't really a limit or two performance. You're getting enough air in there. And so i i always wonder why coaches will say, 'You got to maintain your posture at the end of the race' Elseye: "I'd love to see a paper on that"
