Olympic Lifts for Fighters
Olympic snatch, thick bar deadlift. I could feel it on the platform in the Olympic lifts. So let's just do this. If you don't have them, there's these things called thick grips or something like that. You used to have a set. They can they can be infecting throw them in your gym bag and go to any gym and use them. Obviously, now there's going to be a whole area of whole body movements that I think help, you know, for collision sports for fighters.
