How to Deal With Mild Cold Stress?
Mild cold stress begins at 80 F in water. And it begins at 60 F in air. So that's about where the, that's where you start seeing a change. You start seeing a hormonal hormonal response at about those temperatures. Water is really easy to deal with all the way down to 60 F when you get a little bit below that it's start hypothermia and walking hypothermia is a real problem. The risk of injuring yourself goes up greatly. But if you work in the range of that of 60 to 32 or 60 to 80, you pretty much for a normal person, you're going to do just fine.
