Using Visualization for Triathlon Training

There is actually a visualization technique that we can use. You could literally just then spend some time thinking about what's it going to look like on the day. When we visualize both with using all of our senses as much as possible you know how it feels and what it might hit sound like because often if you're doing a triathlon say in a city there's a lot of people there.
