Should You Train to Failure With Bfr?
axial fatigue is a little bit less understood than you know the very obvious joint and connective tissue and systemic fatigue oh but it's certainly an element. You will avoid with training with bfr just because you're not going to load nobody's loading over 20 to 30 percent of their one rm with bfr if you're training logically anyways so that's again another element of fatigue that you sort of circumvent with bfr training. stopping a few rep shy of failure gets you similar results as taking your sets all the way to failure with bfr at a fraction of the cost. Less soreness less perceived exertion less fatigue, more muscle swell from traditional training now magnified due to cuffs
