I had a hard time waking up early where I typically wouldn't, because I was so excited that I would just jump out of bed before the bed alarm would go off. When I knew I wasn't going to roll, it was like, my bed starts vibrating and I would just roll over and I'd turn it off. And there's many times where I would just fall right back asleep. That's when I would beat myself up because I'm like, Hey, asshole, you said you were going to go to Jiu Jitsu to drill. You set the alarm, you had your ghee in the bag and you were everything was ready to go and you hit snooze
