I think with that said though, I don't think it's valueless like there was some tangential benefits to being a bro back in the day. Like when I associated the difficulty of this session and the proximity not to failure but to throwing up as like whether it was a good workout, I did have probably a better cardiovascular engine. There are a lot of adaptations that come from training like that. I don't necessarily think they're beneficial for hypertrophy, but they might help. It would be the other direction. Yeah. The counter to that is the scientist Eric on Eric's own shoulder says, but you don't need to do that. So why would you get that adaptation
