The range is fairly narrow in running, compared to sit the cycling power y. Minimum for tats iwould estimate that for a well trained afleet, if you had five seconds per kilometer to your ten cpace, there would be roughly te 60 minute pas. Just the thing, it's not that many seconds per kilometers.
