"I always want to focus more on the food than less about anything else," he says. "It's a panty-ass when you have to wait for a long queue, but again, that's the suffering needed sometimes." He loves going to New York or any kind of Chinese restaurant where they're like, I hope I get a table by myself. But inevitably, they put you to the big round and you're sitting next to a bunch of randos. It's one of the reasons why I wanted moving food the way it was.
