Nestle - What Was Attractive About Nestle?
There were a lot of opportunities that we saw as being attractive. The first was the opportunity to premiumize the product lineup. Nestle had its own set of premium brands. And one of the things that we noticed in our due diligence was that because they were so focused on protecting the pricing of the premium brands, the spring water businesses were under invested in. There was also the opportunity to take this business and actually compete with some of Nestle's premium brands in things like food service. We're talking about a $4 billion revenue portfolio here.
