How Much B2B Startups Underprice?
Friedman: Price is often the way to test if truly you've built something valuable. Most B2B startups at YC have underpriced, so there's a long ways to go before you can charge where your customer is going to cringe. You really need to be nuanced. Figure out who are your easy customers. For gusto, it was SMB. The payroll software that they built could service any company with less than 10 employees. It doesn't work for others.
