Can You Prove It Up?

In complex systems, you cannot eliminate now. You can, you can do is experiment. We can arbitrage and we can basically create better practice. But the question I would always beg is, can you prove it? Right? And even if we go back to my original definition, then you should in fact be able to eliminate that and prove up that by eliminating whatever.
