What Kind of Sales Training Do You Do and How Many People Are on These Sales Training Calls?
Mike: I watched probably about an hour and a half worth of videos on a sauna because we're restructuring certain things. We have a full like six week and 90 day new hire process where they have to complete certain things. On a regularly scheduled thing we do a weekly meeting on Monday it's called a developmental call. Every Monday and Friday we do a huddle we doing a huddle every every Monday and Friday going outside the house awesome.
