I assume you were leaning on your existing network. You probably already knew intermediaries and brokers in your geography. So I had the benefit of having a pretty robust network to get deal flow. The opportunity to find something with metrics was appealing on paper. But, you know, we knew that there was not recurring revenue. There was some risk due to the fact that we were buying a weather related business.
