Cross Training Makes a Big Difference to Runners
We don't have any professional athlete who doesn't us on nutrition and fitness, training and massage therapy. One of things you can think about for your runners is that you don't have to give up running to run days in order to cross train. And our better runners do it - they really actually take the time both before and after running to focus on mobility and focus on cross training a bit. It makes a huge difference to them. If you can pass that on, especially to your endurance athletes, that the sport is the sport that you love, but preparing for itboth before and after makes an enormous difference in your longevity.
