"I don't draw hard lines in the sand yes exactly right but it's real easy to go down the slippery slope of like well you know I actually didn't eat real good yesterday so I probably need some more sleep to recover today," he says. "It really does seem like you wake up at 4 30 in the morning every single morning do or die well that I did that I do unless like there's sometimes where I get home at one o'clock or two o'clock in the morning and that's basically my cut-off zone if I'm getting less than four and a half hours of sleep then I'll be like oh yeah."
