Like a muscle snatch, everything is the same up unti the point where your knees don't different. I mean, if i, if i put the bar behind my neck, and then i try and do, i dip and drive like i would if i was doing an actual jerk,. it's actually going to go in the wrong place. If you did like, 20 % of your training volume as behind the neck jerks, as a total, you're gong to probably have problems, s right? But as an adjunct to the jerk, if it comprises, you know, ten percent of your, all your jerk training, it's probably a very beneficial exercise. Much like muscle
