A movement that I've been adding in a lot recently has been Nordic hamstring curls. You're working the basically stretch phase and you're working it with one weight, body weight. Now you can add weight, but you can't really subtract weight. And so that would be the reason why there's a decreased injury rate is because you're strengthening it at its most vulnerable place.
