The Future of Work Is in Facilitative Leadership

The future of work, i think, is in human conversation. Shaping human conversations is facilitation and leading those conversations. I don't think you can just be like a, you know, t chomp on a cigar and shout at people like that. And so especially here in this digital space, being able to hold space for creative conversations,. For difficult conversations, and to lead them to productive outcomes are the skill of facilitative leadership.
