I think some of our studies sometimes are too simplisitic, or we we look at it in far too simplistic a way. Most people's training will comprise an arobic and erobic components. And so potentially duing those more anerobic components, again, as crade mention, perhaps, as long as they go to ther to their maximum,. Because they can do more, then, indirectly, by their training, that lead to important adaptations which could improve their erovic performance during their specific events.
