So you're burnt out, and i'm probably depressed. I've been through a lot during this pandemic. This is the hypothetical in me, not the real me. And im i haven't had a good vacation, blab la, blas. And then i get any mal my boss wants me to review this document by three o'clock. If, like, real cognitive work, like my brain actually has to turn on, how can i, what can i do? How can i switch this?
