In sedentary obese populations, where you would have that were in longstanding office jobs. Fucking kids are overextended. They don't have core support. Their hips are behind them. Their cores are extended. And this is the first posture of baby walks in. So it's hard to say, and this was not anything that she was saying, she was just saying like, this is a good activity to learn. It's for squatting. Do you think people should practice being able to do that? Or do you think that people should primarily try to stand that way or take on that? Because sometimes I think we try to force ourselves to do stuff that's not naddy enough
