Sere was a spin out from s r i international, which itself is a fascinating organization. In two thousand eight a, they spun out what would become sere. And there's a really cool story about how they decided to name it. The c o of sere had apparently once considered it as the name for his daughter when his daughter was born. A in norse, it means beautiful woman who leads you to victory. and then apparently in swahele a, it means secret.
