One of the things that I think koala was really well known for is the reviews that were in place and using that as an engine to kind of drive growth. How did you sort of focus on trying to get those initial reviews in the first place? How do you get that engagement or how do you incentivize customers to leave reviews? Yeah, for sure. So therefore, what they did is they had review requests that went out every couple of days,. They engaged with every review, they responded to every review, and then they use those reviews as advertising.
